Glass Aggregate System H-100VT GLASS CRUSHER RECYCLER WITH CONVEYOR: YOBRO #24511

Overview

Glass Aggregate System H-100VT

The H-100VT turn key system has the capacity of processing 1 ton per hour.  This Model includes a Glass Machine, In-feed Conveyor with attached Hopper and Trommel.   A Dust Collector is an added feature to insure that the air is clear of dust.  The System has an attached Hopper for loading the initial glass containers onto the in-feed conveyor.  The Glass Machine processes the glass into an aggregate/sand material.  The trommel separates the paper labels and other small debris from the glass.  The paper and debris are released into a container via a chute at the far end of the trommel while the glass falls into the sanding unit.  Here it is turned into a controlled sized aggregate or sand and is then released into a container placed under the glass unit.

All Glass Aggregate Machines consist of a three stage processing system:

1) Popper Unit: Initial sizing stage which breaks large & thick glass containers (containers as large as gallon jugs).

2) Shearing Unit: Processes material down to desired size.  Processes complete container regardless of thickness (such as thick bottoms of wine bottles).

3) Sizing Unit: Final sizing stage which can reduce the glass material from 3/8 minus to as small as a #200 minus (which is a powder), in a one pass through.  This process creates a tornado effect causing the glass to further break against itself. This saves wear on the inside of the sanding unit eliminating the use of a liner.

The Glass Aggregate System is a durably built system that is inexpensive and yet unlike all others it requires only a one-pass through of material to achieve a uniform sand-like material that can easily become any size you desire, down to a powder.  This one time process eliminates the need for conveying the glass back through the machine and reduces set-up and processing costs.

The Glass Aggregate System processes all types of glass including glass containers, plate glass, ceramics, etc.  Containers as large as gallon jugs can be processed without first being broken.  The equipment removes labels, caps, plastic rings and lids. The benefit of glass processed through the Glass Aggregate System is that it produces an end product that can be put to use right in your own locality.
