Stoelting conveyor belt type in-line parts washer.
It has two stages plus a dryer. Stainless steel construction.
The work opening is 24" x 18" h. 1"x 1"mesh, flat wire belt variable speed conveyor with a capacity of 50 lbs/linear ft.
Stage 1 & 2 have 450 gallon tanks, 7.5 hp
175 gpm ss pumps and 285,000 btu/hr gas fired immersion tube heat.The dryer section is 9' long with a 140,000 btu/hr gas fired burner and a 15 hp blower fan with 10 air knives.
The control panel is equiped with Allen Bradley PLC controls. 460 vac 3 ph electric power required.
Over all length is 28' 8" long.
