REIS Spotting Press TUS 130
Spotting press basic machine In developing this press, special attention was given to both optimizing its technical features and optimizing the ratio between price and performance. Due to a modular design we succeeded to generate a basic version at a very favorable price. This version can be extended in steps, according to the customer's requirements.
Special features include:
High canting rigidity by improved 4-column press frame with overlong precision guidings; completely analyzed using FEM, which resulted in high flexural strength.
Enlarged platens with expanded T-slot pattern for clamping
Parallelism between platens held to a very tight tolerance due to very little play in the guide bushings
Free accessibility to the work table with hydraulic movement of the lower clamping platen (movable platen)
High repeatability of the movable platen which can be extracted and of the optional swivel-off unit
Easy operation of the machine at the clear operation terminal
Manual, sensitive adjustment of all movement speeds via an electronic signal encoder (joystick) on the control panel
Display for operator guidance, error diagnostics as well as representation of the nominal and actual values for hydraulic pressure, hydraulic feed quantity, and pressure force
Full CE-conformity for all versions
REIS Spotting Presses offer important aids to tool and die manufacturers:
Tremendous time saver for mold-spotting; thus a reduction of production cost
Molds and dies are ready for production; this results in a reduction of fixed cost
Increase in mold and die life as a result of reduced friction between moving members
Further advantages due to the adequate extension stages and accessories:
Swiveling of the upper press platen at any angle between 0° and 180°. Thus, free accessibility and a favorable working position are achieved
Exact positioning of ram due to preset nominal values via the comfortable positioning control
Production machines are not tied up since sample parts can be made directly with the injection unit
Continuous tilting device of the lower clamping platen into a favorable working position
Hydraulic core pulls and hydraulic ejectors can be adapted and tested during mold spotting
Special accessories like a hydraulic draw cushion for testing of deep drawing dies, rotary unit on the lower clamping platen for spotting of multiple-component molds
