Stock Table…• The Stock Table (entry table) consists of a 40 foot long powered 12 inch conveyor. A stock rack is supplied on one side of the conveyor with shakedown directly on to the conveyor. Rolls are belt driven by means of Kevlar lined V-belts.
Gauge Table…• The Gauge Table consists of a 10 foot long powered 12 inch conveyor, three preselectable storage pockets on one side of the conveyor, together with an air kickoff system. Foot stops are positioned at 12 inch increments for the first ten feet and then at two foot increments thereafter. The table can also be expanded, in length, or by adding bin pockets to the opposite side.
CONTROLS:
RMS PROGRAMMABLE MICRO CONTROLLER & OPERATOR STATION
Control System…• Micro controller that will allow the operator to run the entire Shearline and shear from one central point.
Shear…• The 611 includes 12 inch wide blades and a five foot entry drop table.
